Leo founded Smart Loan Partners in 2025 because he saw a gap. Most lenders treat investment properties the same way they treat a starter home purchase, slow, rigid, and disconnected from how investors actually think about cash flow, timelines, and returns. Leo built Smart Loan Partners around a simpler idea, lending that moves at the speed of the deal, structured by someone who has spent years learning what makes an investment work, not just what makes a loan qualify.
